Construction works from ground floor cover slab through completion of the structural carcass.
DeCEL constructed seven units of four-bedroom semi-detached terrace buildings designed for long-term durability, efficient space utilization, modern facilities, and low maintenance. Executed within Guzape’s active urban environment, the project required careful coordination of site access and community considerations.
Our scope covered construction works from ground floor cover slab through full completion of the structural carcass, utilizing premium materials and precise engineering to ensure defect-free results. The deliverable was a structurally-complete carcass handed over in full accordance with approved drawings, providing the client with seven solid, market-ready structures built to last decades.
